One of the fundamental pillars of New Flavours is that of quality. Guaranteeing a high standard of the product to the customer is one of our main objectives. To this end we have taken care to adopt and achieve multiple certifications and protocols.
Certifications
From the very beginning, our mission has been to offer companies the wealth of knowledge and experience we have gained around the world. Alongside extensive research, we have chosen to adopt the highest standards in quality, safety, and compliance, obtaining key certifications and adhering to internationally recognized protocols.
Currently, in addition to operating under the HACCP system, we hold the following certifications:
- BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards)
- Organic Certification (EU Regulation 2018/848)
- PCQI Qualification (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual), according to the guidelines defined by the FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance), affiliated with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration)
- Kosher Certificate
- Halal Certificate
- Vegan Certificate
We have also been pioneers in the production of natural flavors and extracts made with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) ingredients, enhancing the excellence of Italian agricultural heritage.
Among our specialties are flavorings derived from Sorrento Lemon PGI, Voghiera Garlic PDO, and Genovese Basil PDO — authentic symbols of Italian culinary tradition.
